With all due respect, and with all my admiration for the author, this joyful piece of fiction, stuffed with philosophy, but minus sex and hot spices, reminds me of the kooky very short short stories - not quite as crazy as they seem – from the wild Israeli writer Etgar Keret. (For those who might be tempted by a shot, check : Suddenly, A Knock On The Door; Fly Already; and/or his Substack: Alphabet soup for a spoonful of the stuff.

The 2600 club (2600.com, specifically https://www.2600.com/chronosnoop/docs/) is doing some fascinating work with network proxies to try and reverse engineer and open source the ChronoSwoop algorithm & hardware, and are doing some early experiments in swooping from within a swoop.
